This is the First part in a four part video discussing NaomiKnights improper DMCA complaint against Amazing Muslim.


Diebold used to be the biggest manufacturer of voting machines in the United States. Unfortunately, their electronic voting machines had more bugs in them than a roach motel. Internal memos discussing their faulty machines were posted on the internet and Diebold tried to cover this up through the DMCA. I discussed this in more detail in this video and on my website:

Surely is is fair to DMCA if no consent was given.

Why should "fair use" exist?

"Fair use" doesn't exist does it?

"Fair use" is a judgement / an opinion.

People should have the right to make video without parts of that video being ripped off and used against them or to ridicule them - sorry if you don't like this statement.

Anyway, DMCA is one way of getting at the haters.

Thanks HappyCabbie. I appreciate the offer. I doubt I will be DMCAd because of this video because I'm not using anyone else's clips. I am sure that Naomi is not the type of person who would file a TOTALLY bogus DMCA on a video in which she owns no copyright interest in whatsoever.
