This is amazing. I have suffered from severe anxiety for years now. I have been listening to this video a few times a day for just a few days now and have already notice differences. I have noticed changes in my eating habits, I avoid sugary foods now. I am able to breath better and keep myself grounded to reality, where as before my anxiety ran everything. Thank you so much. Please upload more videos like this!

help! the grounding exercise gave me even more anxiety. I have agoraphobia and thinking of the Earth scares me.. so much space, so much danger, it makes me feel like the whole world could slip out from under my feet. I have ear problems that destroyed my balance and my therapist thinks that's why I get agoraphobia. I wish someone could help me.

Just some short term anxiety i'm dealing with, this helped alot though.

that was amazing thank you so much, i just started getting anxiety 3days ago, i am a freshman in college and going under the typical college stress, i just hope this is not turning into a long term anxiety disorder, any advice is appreciated

@ChiTownJib just keep using the video every day for the next 30 days. then anytime you have extra stress in your life as a refresher. also, I can recommend using a drop of lavendar oil behind each ear if you feel yourself getting panicky, and the Bach Flower Essence "Rescue Remedy." Avoid caffeine and stimulants. Get plenty of sleep. Make sure you have quiet time.
