A video showing the work of the British Heart Foundation Heart Support Group in helping heart patients to rehabilitate following treatment for a heart condition.
@loveRussBrand Hi. I am a Cardiac Rehab exercise professional. Best route in is via BACPR. If you contact them you can find out the pre-reqs etc. I had been a personal trainer for 6 years before starting the qualification. Without some expertise in exercise prescription, BACPR may refuse access to a course. The course itself is outstandingly professional, but really quite hard. The rewards though are immense. Good luck.
Hey does anyone watching this work in cardiac rehab? I'm considering it as a career and want to know what it's really like/involves etc. It is a bit hard to find info on it tbh! Thanks
