Remember Tehran is not a sunni Majority city for a start, so there may not be any sunni mosques in Tehran but sunni cities in Iran such as Sanandaj,Zahedan etc probably have many sunni mosques. Remember a mosque is a mosque a place of worship for muslims who cares whether it is shia or sunni mosque.
