It' a fake. The camera starts to accelerate to the left before the object appears. The man predicts the future?
Same thing happens at the end when the camera follow the object to the left and then to the right. The great speed of the ball make it impossible to do.

I believe... but this one is unfortunately made up. Put yourself in the cameraman's place: 1) he shows a nice panoramic view of the city then quickly pans left for this object - makes no sense, if you have your eyes at the camera lcd, you wont see something off screen; 2) Seconds 9 to 12, the object moves slightly with the camera shake; 3) the cameraman conveniently zooms out for the 'fly-out' and yet, does not try to follow the object any more. This was filmed, then the object added. too bad!
