@TheM0nsterUnderUrBed Console commands on PC, no other way to get it :( too bad for consoles

if it's not, please tell me how to get it. I think it's the most awesome looking robe for a mage in the game!

@Sn1p3rsh0t2012 Well, unlike Khajiit, the Psijics are not a race, they are an extremely powerful order of mages comprised of mostly, if not all High Elves, that seem to seclude themselves form the rest of the world on the isle of Artaium or however you spell it.
They have the biggest grasp on magic out of anybody in Tamriel and collected all the really big magical goodies in the world so that other's cannot cause harm with them, kind of like what happened in the College.

so the psijic isn't a race
