Yeah, Notepad puts actual line breaks in the middle of wrapped lines if you save the file and then reload it! (Try it if you don't believe me.) Wordpad is a much better IDE!! :P

Wow that really was on a shoestring budget, you guys even had to wear the same clothes for months! Oh the perils of RL dev!! ;)

@DizzerJoz Usually, when a sentence ends with 2 exclamation marks and a ":P" smiley, it's obviously a joke or sarcasm! Of course I wasn't proposing "notepad" was an IDE. But Roguelike Studios are hardcore like that!! And for what it's worth, windows is a stable platform for development, unlike linux where a symbolic link or rm call or whatever can send the whole system through the roof -- at work, I get the job done 10 times faster than my linux-bound colleagues, so there :P

wordpad and notepad are not really INTEGRATED development environment...

I'm using kdev (and in the few moments I'm on a Windows PC, I use notepad++)
