I played the sax solo in the beginning my freshmen year at graduation. My Older Brother was supposed to graduate but he died in a car accident and i played it for him. I made my band director cry. it was possibly my most memorable experiences in band.

I just got this in band today, i play clarinet and im SO excited! Our director said give it a week before you say weather you like it or not, but im already totaly in love with this song <3

One time during band practice, our doors were open and when that Sax solo cam in, It started to rain for the rest of the song... Perfect timing. xD

1st Horn, looking forward to playing this! Seeing other comments about the great horn part makes me anxious to get a hold of this!!! Waiting for our director to get it and pass it out, but perform it, we will!!! :D

@MusicallyPao yeah my band played American Elegy and Cajun Folk Songs, also by Ticheli, last year. I played tenor sax on them, both beautiful songs
