how to draw human body part 1

nothing shown drawing here... just advice for getting started The links are just more examples of diffrent styles, but everything has 1 thing in common... they can be broken down into proportions and shapes... and the anatomy is simialar to humans

I have a real adoration for the human body. And I found this book called "Anatomy for the Artist." Which is my favorite book on the topic. Though, I haven't heard of the book you mentioned before today. So I'll check out your book, if you check out mine ;)

Lotta people are critical of Burne Hogarth for the "shazam" look of his drawings, but he was a good teacher, along the lines of George Bridgman; demonstrated how to conceptualize the figure in terms of geometrical mass. His Dynamic Hands book is still the best around on that subject.
