When rolling through Kansas the http://motorhomediaries.com crew was able to connect with Brad Spangler, a self-described agorist. In this video Brad touches on his personal journey - from working within the http://lp.org to self-identifying as an http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anarcho-capitalism and now embracing and advocating http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agorism.

For more with Brad, check out http://c4ss.org, http://agorism.info and his personal blog http://bradspangler.com, which has one of the coolest taglines around - "the bottom of the rabbit hole."

anarcho-capitalism is stateless capitalism. agorism includes free markets, so mutualists, free market socialists (who are anti-capitalism) can be agorists.

agorism is also a theory of utilizing the black market. you can be an ancap and not an agorist.

no he does acknowledge that, Spangler and others at c4ss like Kevin Carson take effort to point that out

  • How is agorism different from anarchocapitalism?

  • Thanks for the video. What did he say at 4:43? "We don't have a political problem, we have a crime ____ problem."

  • "Arrest the cops". That'd be the last episode of "COPS"; John Walsh in cuffs. That's funny. But if you take that statement too literally it's a self-contradiction--which is funnier.

  • On an editing note, around 4:00, the audio begins to cut out when no one is speaking. This is extremely distracting when there is background audio, namely the birds, cars, and bugs around ya'll. Good message, good delivery, but somewhat painful editing.

    thanks, sub'd
