In a hierarchy the pyramid is kept from falling by keeping the bottom layers in a state of fear. We are made to believe that if we do not support the pyramid, horrible things will happen to us. So we comply and the pyramid keeps standing.

We are the ones keeping this system going. Without our support. this system would collapse in an instant.

We can't win by fighting. We win by not supporting, by walking away, by noncompling.

If we are not happy with how the pyramid works, we simply walk away and watch it fall. All it takes is one person walking away to weaken the structure.
