I am an Exclusive Buyer Agent (EBA) in Central Ohio. I've been helping residential & investor buyers since 1996. An EBA is the GUARANTEED best representation possible for a potential homebuyer. Our series of 9 commercials WON best TV commericals in 2000 for a small real estate brokerage firm in the State of Ohio. The contest was sponsored by the Ohio Association of Realtors.   • I agree 100% jvolstad. Most Buyers agents are just traditional real estate agents using the title of buyers agents. They really don't "fully represent" a home buyer like an Exclusive Buyer's Agent. Take care, HomeBuyer Advocate Mike
