DO YOUR REPTILES FEEL AT HOME? This is for the Exo-terra contest. -AQUATIC- Exo terra terrarium . Reeves Terrapin (chinemys reevsii), Chinese golden thread (ocadia sinesis)This is my families aquatic turtle terrariaum. The two turtles are housed with a chinese water dragon, and also small koi. We started with water dragon almost two years ago and added the turtles about 10 months ago to the enclosure. They live very well with one another. You can see the DUAL waterfalls we have in there. One is a waterfall and filter creating a pondless effect, the other being just rocks held up by magnets on walls, with a strategically placed filter/pump providing the water flow. The other big effect is the exo terra fogger in the corner providing the fog and adding further humidity to the terrarium. There are various branches and vines throughout the enclosure. Exo terra hanging plants add a great accent to the enclosure, also covering unsightly wires and hoses. Music By Dream & Kanye West, Walkin on the moon
Thanks for watching and dont forget to vote for our terrarium!!!

  • sweet... this is absolutely stunning, even with the fake plants. My one suggestion would be to add some more places where the turts etc- large, flat rocks- where they can rest/bask with a solid base underneath them. It's also important to have give put them in a dry spot- the fungus is great, but looks like it's constantly dripped upon. Give them a variety of options, then they can choose which they please & will likely utilize both. keep rockin'!

  • jd dude your THE MAN, the sole inspiration behind falling in love with Exoterra, i say no one does it better than you mate! Two thumbs up!

  • @chapman45111 hah very true!!! They need to have new scenery for sure!

  • @jduenas32 and thanks for the inspiration

  • @jduenas32 i wouldnt call it a hassle but more of a relandscaping and scenery change lol I find as great as these setups are i like to change it up once or twice a year as to keep the tenants on there toes and still provide amazing scenery. not so fun with smaller tanks but i have a 40 gal and iiii just cannot wait to rig somehting like this up

  • @SOLiDWiNG99 And your a conspiracy theorist, iv briefly and ever so quickly seen the things you were into and decided that you never leave your house and when you do the things you say seem to only make people less intelligent and make yourself seem peerdy weird. so if you could, please, stay away from these videos as this is a serious hobby and is not something you take seriously. if people were just smart enough to look past these flamming comments yours and others like its flamming would stop

  • How hard is it to clean the tank???

  • @jduenas32 hater gonna hate bro

  • love haha

  • iv got a similar setup do your turle and dragon get along fine ? i would live to put one in my tank
