It's Going To Be Okay - Episode 23 Part 2

Demi: (Shakes his shoulder) Nick, wake up.
Nick: (Opens his eyes) Selena?
Demi: No, its Dem. Why are you out here?
Nick: (Rubs his eyes and turns towards her) I was out for a walk, I needed some air. I guess fell asleep.
Demi: (Confused) Air from what? Did you and Sel have a fight or something?
Nick: (Notices she was wearing Joes shirt) Oh, no, nothing like that.
Demi: Then whats wrong?
Nick: (Lays on his back and looks at the sky) Just have a lot on my mind, nothing to worry about. Go back to Joe.
Demi: (Noticing the disappointment in his voice, she rests her hand on him arm) Nick, you are going to tell me eventually.
Nick: Are you saying its eventually?
Demi: (Lays next to him) I am indeed.
Nick: Demi, please just go back to bed.
Demi: (Looks at him) Nick, what arent you telling me?
Nick: (Looks at her) Just drop it okay?
Demi: Come on Nick, we used to be able to tell each other everything.
Nick: Then why didnt you tell me you were planning on sleeping with my brother?
Demi: (Shocked) Thats kind of personal dont you think?
Nick: Youre right, Im sorry. Goodnight Demi (Gets up and heads towards the house)
Demi: (Gets up and grabs his arm, turning him around) Nick, whats going on?
Nick: (Looks at her for a moment, then steps towards her, grabs her face and kisses her)
Demi: (For a moment she kisses back, then thinks of Joe and pulls away. She looks at him and slaps him in the face and then covers her mouth, getting tears in her eyes)
Nick: (Places his hand on his face where she hit him) Demi
Kevin: (Opens the door to the house and sees Nick holding his face and Demi starting to cry) Whats going on?
Demi: (As a few tears fall she walks past Nick, then Kevin and goes into the house)
Kevin: Care to explain, Nick?
Nick: No, not really (Walks into the house and goes to the guest room. He closes the door behind him and gets into bed)

*Kevin closes the back door, shuts off the porch light and goes to bed confused, too tired to deal with anything tonight. Demi headed upstairs and started to gather her stuff quietly. Despite her efforts, Joe wakes up and sees her getting dressed, with tears strolling down her face*
Joe: Demi?
Demi: Go back to sleep, Joe.
Joe: (Gets up and walks over to Demi, cupping her face) Why are you crying? Did I hurt you?
Demi: (Wipes her tears and shakes her head) No, Joe. I just need to go home.
Joe: (Confused, he leans in to kiss her)
Demi: (Thinking of what just happened between her and Nick, she turns her face and lets a few more tears fall) Ill see you at school tomorrow.
Joe: (Hurt) Demi
Demi: (Walks out of the room and then downstairs. Without caring where Nick or Kevin went, she exited the house and started to walk home)

*It was now almost 1:30 in the morning. Demi was on her way home, when she realizes the quickest way to get there was through the park. She told herself there was no way anyone would be out at this time, and decided to take the quicker route. As she walked by the place where she encountered Cody that time, she got shivers. She closed her jacket and started to walk faster. All of a sudden she heard a voice from behind the bushes*
????: I knew you missed me. Although I never really thought youd come back here.
Demi: (Realizes who it is) Stay away from me, there is nothing more you can do to me. Im not scared of you anymore, Cody.
Cody: (Steps into her path) You should be.
Demi: Just leave me alone (Tries to walk past him)
Cody: I told you that bastard wouldnt make you happy.
Demi: What is your problem, huh? Are you really that lonely that the only thing you can do to get some is force yourself on girls?
Cody: Its not that Im lonely, I just have a preference.
Demi: Fine, if you want me take me, I dont care anymore (Opens her arms giving him access to her body)
Cody: (Smiles and step towards her and starts to kiss her, then moves his hands up her shirt and feels her up)
Demi: (Thinking; just get this over with, she kisses him back and starts to undo his pants)
Cody: (Pulls away) What do you think youre doing?
Demi: What kind of question is that?
Cody: Did I tell you to touch me?
Demi: Do you want it or not?
Cody: (Sighs) Whatever, slut (Slaps her hard across the face and walks away)
Demi: (Starting, again, to cry, she places her hand on her face and thought to herself; Thats what Nick felt like? What is wrong with me? I was just about to let the boy that raped me have sex with me again. Hes right, I am a slut. Ive kissed three guys in one night. What is Joe going to think of me? Its so cold out, I need to go home. What am I supposed to do tomorrow? Ugh!)
