The election of a black president did awaken (as you stated) many to the political process. I personally know many who had no interest in the election process until Obama...now all of a sudden they are MASTERS at candidate selection, even went as far as to tell me, "I know you're voting for Obama...lmao!! I was elated like most about having a man of colour in the 'White House' during my lifetime. However, I didn't expect for much to change, being that politics is what it is. Nothing but lies and games...that operates around control and greed. So yes, Obama is all I thought his presidency would be. *A Hoax*
