Ok so this video will show you first of all how to solve the SYSVXD 16 bit emulator problem on Window's (It is not a used program in Window's that is unless your running 16bit program's which is highly unlikely and so therefore it is safe to delete)This tutorial can also be used on many other problem's and is flexible.
The theory behind this that the SYSVXD file is triggered everytime an error with the 16 bit emulator comes up (Don't worry it's not being used it's just playing up) and so therefore we first of all edit /delete the file and replace it with a "Dummy" file with the same name and contains within it a bit of CMD coding (very basic coding) which happens to be STOP so that everytime the file is triggered it instantly stop's and so therefore doesn't run in the background and doesn't interfere with your usage of your computer. (Meaning o more being pulled out of games or program's.)
for me did not work
