Bare False Witness, and in SlowMotion

Ena Maxam filed a false police complaint alleging she was asaulted. After she created delays with repeated medical issues involving cancer. and then twenty-six months and more than half way into trial, the matter was stayed. That after being ajourned three times; and included over twenty-five wasted court appearences; and tens, of thousands, of dollars wasted. To further Ena Maxam's agenda to alienate her children from their father. This is another example of abuse of process and gender bias in the justice system. Ena Maxam used the criminal courts to interfer with access resolution for her child. This is a matter that she sustained for more than ten years.
