I forgot to mention to anyone who doesn't have a faceplate to change the silver one with, you can purchase almost any color faceplate/house (grey, dark blue, black, gold, pink, ect) for about $9 on ebay.

do you know if there's a way to tighten the hinge?

I'm not sure how to do so, I wouldn't mess around with the hinge though, you can end up breaking the flex cable like I did back in August and having to buy another phone.

is this phone the K1 in the Eu markets ?

it looks the same... could some one confirm that

it's not, you'll need the parts of a W375 to fit it, a K1 won't work.
