  • It's amazing that I had every one of those synths including the taurus 1's and at the time that I sold them I couldn't Give them away... I remember getting around $400 for the OB8 with midi, and around the same for the taurus pedals. The minimoog was the only thing that held it's value at the time. Today this setup would be around 5K if not more. Funny how times change.

  • simply... amazing! :D

  • Man you just cannot beat the sound of old analog synthesizers.

  • Like MICHAEL JONZUN (JONZUN CREW): used Roland SVC-350 with Korg synth.

  • Vocoders aren't just for making humans sound like robots!! They can vocode any sound fed into them. My Roland SVC-350 Vocoder can vocode my Korg Poly-800 Synthesizer which results in a deeper funkier groovier sound than my P-800 has on its own.

And btw, yes he is playing it, it's the one on his both his and ours right-side (farther from his camera).

  • The maintenance involved in keeping a hardware synth is alot harder in comparison to a software synth.

So in my case having a hardware synth was alot time trouble and money!
