Mononoke Trailer: "A Definate Must-See!!"

This was my attempt at a slightly different AMV syle than I'm used to; it's supposed to resemble a trailer format, which I thought was fitting given how few people have apparently actually seen this show! If you haven't...please make it a priority to do so! Otherwise, you're TOTALLY missing out, and I hope my video will give you some indication why. And that's all I have to say. :)

Look forward to seeing more Mononoke-themed videos from me in the near future...

The art is amazing! It kinda reminds me of the art on Okami! Beautiful trailer. i read the 1st and 2nd chapters of the manga. i never new there was an anime.

Holy shnoodles! I would LOVE to get my hands on some of the manga! My understanding was that it was only released in various magazines a few years back...is that true? it looks like an awesome anime. I do have to admit that I love the art style and the characters but I didn't have the heart to watch the second episode fully.

I totally agree. The second episode almost put me off the entire season, but I gritted my teeth and plowed through it and couldn't help but be impressed by the sheer bravado the artists had for writing such a story-line. Once I got past it, I knew I was facinated with the show. Thanks for watchin, and hope you get to plow through, too! It's totally worth it...

This anime is very evil. For 12 episodes, you keep waiting for the medicine seller to take off his clothes and do something hot, but he never does. Shut up, yes you did want him to, you were in love with him by the last episode and you know it.

I'd say that the plots amazing. It certainly wasn't made to be a slasher flick or anything, the animation is much too abstract for any good guts or gore. However, that doesn't mean that the show is clean, the plot covers some disturbing subjects, seeing as to how this is a horror show. It's just a very artistic, plot and drama heavy horror show. Basicly, it ROCKS, but if you can't handle course subject material or if your under, say, 15, please don't watch it. Otherwise, enjoy!
