Excellent! The labial folds are not removed from girls in our culture (although they are in some and we think THAT is barbaric) for cleanliness, aesthetics or whatever!

LEAVE THE LITTLE BOY"S PENIS ALONE!!! That's what doctors need to here.

We are able to clean the folds in our ears and anuses! We don't surgically remove them, in a big hurry after birth!

TLCTugger, that seems like such an odd comment by you - mothers and nurses everywhere have stood up for babies for 15 years. If we didn't, our sons and others' sons would still be cut. We empathize with not only the pain but his right to keep his whole body. I knew, after just seeing a simple line drawing of an intact penis, that that was too much to remove from my son's penis.

@alonzo9772 I think the child you are referring to was Ryleigh McWillis (Jan 26, 2004). There was another "baby X" in Calgary also 2004.

Actually many Canadian infants have died from circumcision. Six infant deaths from circumcision were referred to in a study from Toronto recently. A baby in Montreal of a gastric rupture. At least two children in Canada are known to have lost their entire penis including the famous case of David Reimer, who took his own life, also in 2004.

You fool! Parents don't need to just be educated about the dangers of circumcision. Even the slightest prick of token mutilation must be illegal and I'm ethnically jewish and I'm outraged that this was done to me. Discussion of pain medication is a disgusting abomination, never give medication; just don't hurt children at all!

@TLCTugger The fact that "foreskin feels good" is exactly why the jews have a vested interested in damaging their son's penises. Religion has a problem with sex. A reason Judaism does this in order to minimize jewish mens libidos so we will mainly focus on the torah and holy texts and prayer and not women and sex. Longley, if American health care education spoke honestly to the sexual virtues of the intact penis, that would be an implied criticism of the sexual happiness of 100 million adult North American men. It would be blatant that they had been deprived of their sexual birthright in terms of pleasure and functionality. Circumcised American doctors, and nurses married to circumcised husbands, are simply not willing to cross that bridge... yet.

A change is gonna come.

I get so pissed at people who say they turned against circumcision when they saw one of the barbaric procedures done.
