This was filmed when I was at school in 2006. I have since graduated from marist college ashgrove. This video shows the day that the "sail-cloth" light shades were all ripped up by the wind, with one of their supports falling. To this day they haven't been replaced, though I imagine they're only a couple of walkathons away. All the year 12s were called to the chapel & told to go home early. The place was a mess, with fallen branches on roads & up against buildings. I also remember steam coming off everything; that's how fast it came and went.

No Such thing as a mini tornado.. It either is or isn't .. That is just a normal Queensland summer storm.. lucky.. the hail is usually bigger and lots more.. and roofs come off buildings.. Stop learning from the Media.. listen to real teachers

Man, I was only talking about this today when I accidentally found this video lol. I remember this storm, excellence factor 11 out of 10. I was in the FTV labs when it hit, the worse thing was that I'd been working on a film for the past 3 hours when it hit, and being the smart intelligent person that I am, I hadn't saved it. Watched the storm for a while, 'oh shit, better save', ran to my pc, had my finger on the mouse, BLACKOUT. Devestation. Lesson learnt.
