Yes, an attacker who is not fighting back or showing any aggression at all is an excellent way to build up false confidence.
You say you've had concussions from women hitting you. Have you ever hit any of them back? Oh wait. You shouldn't, that might burst their bubble!
If they want something reliable, they should practice it properly. Which means lots of time on the mat, receiving technical instruction and participating in intense sparring. Comps.
Why train when you can believe in fairy tales?

I am located in the deepest flames of anonymous. In other words, no one knew, knows or will know ;) Anyway, I must disappear for nearly ever now... All other answers are secret.
Thanks for your good work. The head gear we use is custom made for each person using it, and requires special fitting and training to be effective and safe for student and instructor. You can check out more info at the FAST Defense website and also email me for details. As you know from experience, any body armor is simply a tool, and the real power is the pedagogical teaching methods used to get our students to use that tool effectively.

I think this video make people self confident when attacked. That is bad. People should be afraid of going to dangerous places.. But this make people believe that when someone would attack them, they could easily defend. Trust me, they couldn´t.

Thanks for the response. And yes it does make people self confident, because they have tapped into their true power, not rely on fancy/ineffective techniques. I believe you are confusing this with common sense. Whether right or wrong, there are places that none of us should go to.
I look forward to your feedback once you have experienced a FAST class. Where are you located?

Hey Bill, Thanks for standing up for us :] i read all the comments, and in reality, the adrenaline and the having to yell, it all reminds me of what to do in this situation. I do my best to stay out of those situations, and with these moves, i believe i have somewhat of a fighting chance :]
Thanks so much again,Nicole [girl in all black]
