Not the poster of the video, but if you have Billy Hatcher for the Gamecube, a GBA, and one of those wires that lets you connect the Cube and GBA together, you could download a few minigames onto the Gameboy.
This was one of them.
I think this was also in some other SEGA game, don't know what game though.
