He already said that you can hear the auditory feedback when he assigns the order, which means the mouse clicking sound is intentional.

Jyabura007 its not fake, notice that when he said move here, the cursor instantly appeared there without moving there. and the cursor did not touch the attack or move button. its all on the auditorial commands

let's assume for for now that the clicking sounds where just an audio feedback from the table-top...so that you know the command was recieved

It's not a mouse click; it's the sound the buttons make in Warcraft III. Go watch "Warcraft III Grubby FPVOD" and you'll see what I mean.
