@Septiformus - I believe front squat - thruster is ok as RX'ed for the Bear Complex. I do not, however, have a source for this. Other than the Rob Orlando 200 lbs vid somewhere on here...
@mikeLeC123 um actually you do bend your knees in a power clean, thats how you start. If you are refering to his catch, then there are three different catches: standing, athletic, and squat (which he is doing)
@buildingbodies power cleans should result in basically no bending in knees... same problems with his back squat into his behind the head push press... he needs to destinguish the five lifts alot more... 5 fluid motions not just one or two... 1)power clean 2) front squat 3) push press 4) back squat 5) behind head push press.
other than that his lift looks promising- keep up the good work!
@jeeperjus We must be searching the same vids man :-) You think that is a squat clean? Where do you draw the line on depth between the two power vs squat? Just curious about your opinion.

Nice video, it's always great to see someone busting it out on a WOD. Good stuff.

you DO NOT start with a squat clean. look at the real video. you start with the Power Clean and then you go into a Front Squat.
