Thanks for the Compliments. But I think Russian people should learn first English to communicate with the world and then Italian to sing Verdi properly. Only then ou can ask the rest of the world to learn Rusian.

2. He did not asked "the rest of the world" to learn Russian, but just said that the SINGERS should learn the pronunciation. It is valid also for Bulgarians, I do not intend the great Arie, but the Bulgarians singers of today.

3. Non ti azzardare di prendere in giro i cantanti russi per la pronuncia italiana, i cantanti bulgari di oggi si sente dalla prima parola italiana, e non solo nel Verdi. Ciao.

A splendid piece of singing.Articulate, handless everything well,and moves along nicely.However,(and this is nothing against this singer-he lacks the coarseness,and booming resonance that I associate with the role.For me,Christoff, on the Cluytens recording,will always be the definitive portrayal.
