contour roam test 960 tall setting

not very good...light sensor cycling causing flashing? in one setting/cycle it has lines across the screen,




Had it turn off more than one when bumped by a branch. dropped my helmet in the trailer at the end of the day and snapped/broke the mount

I went from ContourHD to GoPro, find the mounts so much better for the GoPro and just all around top of the line, i do really like my ContourHD though but i now have 2 GoPros and 1 ContourHD

I have always used contour in the past...and this cam was on sale on Amazon for 89$

going to try and reformat the card and hope for better results

tudizzle i strongly reccamend the hero 2. ive got one and the quality is amazing and it has a bunch of settings to choose from.

I agree, get the go pro HDhero2, the footage is super crisp.. better than any other small camera like this. The camera angle is wider, and mounting options too vs. the contour. Don't get me wrong, I like the count our and almost bought the contour+ this year but went for the hdhero2 instead. check out some of my videos, they were all recorded on my go pro hdhero2

@tudizzle I would go for the GoPro, it comes in the waterproof case and a bunch of mounts that are really simple, get the motorsports edition and you have a suction cup mount you can put anywhere, also the chest mount is great for just about everything. The Contour does have better inside artificial light filming though.
