My niece who has just started her second term at university says the general feeling is that there will be a massive backlash effect against the fees. I hope this is not the only aspect of our current unfair situations which will face a backlash.

this is complete bollocks! student don't pay nothing unless they earn more than £30,000..and then its a miminal payment....doing a nonsensical course in media is not going to affect them when they get a job in Mcdonalds earning £6 an hour

@wnxsilence Many executives disguise their professional fees as capital gains rather than income, for example, the managers of hedge funds and private equity companies pay lower rates of tax than the people who clean their offices. For more billions are spent on corporate welfare than on Social welfare. When will people open their eyes. It seems to me that average person in this country need more education not less, especially Daily mail readers in my view.

anyone voting deserves the oncoming tyranny... both parties are utterly corrupt & have sold the british peoples sovereignty to the EU for short term gains, gone to war when 70% of the people didnt want it & stolen money from the people to give to the banksters... wake up and realize ALL government is immoral & bound to end in collapse or tyranny.
