golden trout seem to have a thing for dry flies even when there is no hatch

@rhave132 True. Most High Sierra Golden Trout are voracious and will strike just about any pattern, any time, which is good for young fly fishers trying to learn the art.

@tacostinky123 Yes, he was able to hike with us from Onion Valley up and over Kearsarge Pass and all the way to Bubbs Creek at Center Basin. As a 7 year old (at the time) he did an incredible job. I think he'll end up being an extreme athlete someday! We caught a lot of Golden Trout. It was awesome. It took us two days to hike in. Two days to hike out.
