This series scared the shit out of me when I was a child, unfortunately I haven't been able to watch it again until recently. I was lucky (?) enough to find the DVD in a film store, and it's really brilliant, though still creepy. Thanks for uploading!

Thank you for uploading this film, it is a nice childhood memory for me! I have been looking for it for many-many years along with two other important films based on Michael J. Bird novels:"Aphrodite Inheritance" and "Who pays the Ferryman?". Some parts of the Ferryman can be found here on YouTube but the Aphrodite is simply unavailable. :( But who knows, as life changes very fast, it might become interesting some day for somebody else, too. Thanks again!

I have this on DVD. It scared the living daylights out of me when I was eight years old. It's quite creepy. The dolls are brilliant, and that wonderful theme music! There are some wooden actors in it (and some good ones), great scenery, some very weird bits, and the last few scenes are excellent. It goes on a bit, though.
