Wow...I counted about 5 people who where actually walking/out of their vehicles. The patios are empty, no one on the at the legislature river walk...either this was filmed during folk fest or you truly know how to capture the soullessness that sometimes haunts this city.

Over all though it's a decent video.

@Theoldsalts First of all, they are Aboriginals. The only reason they drank is because they were probably affected by residential schools. They treated them really bad.
