Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles NES longplay Part 1/5

Here's a longplay of the first Turtles games for the NES.
I was originally planning to make a longplay of the Amiga version as that's the version I played as a kid but when I tried the NES version I found it to be a *lot* better.

This is part 1/5 due to Youtubes 10 minute limit.

I love this game. AVGN and Irate Gamer suck at this game. Not all hard games are bad. This is a good game AVGN bashed because of how difficult the gameplay is, so fuck him. The controls were decent, graphics were great, and the gameplay carried this game to a million copies sold. It just pisses me off AVGN bashed this game.

I haven't played this game in 21 years, but I've always remembered the tune of the 'overworld'. Maybe because I was 5 years old, so obsessed that I wore nothing but TMNT clothes and this game was the most exciting thing in the world for me. Awesome to see it all again. :D

Very true about the water level but i remember my big brother would nail it every time, evreytime he did i thought he was some kind of computing genius! Hard game but a truely brilliant piece of my childhood!

oh my dam!!!!! miss it soooo much. used to spend hours blowing my cartridge (yes...i said blowing) to get this dam game to work. then would spend many more hours playing it...simply cause i knew if i turned it off...it may take another 3 hours just to get it working again...good ol' nintendo lol

It's the world's shittiest turtle game. it's single palyer and that's superlame! If youn finally get to the dam, just kill yourself you don't stand a chance! :D:D

if bebop was so easy to beat then why did they even put him IN this game? bebop and rocksteady are harder to beat in the 2nd and 3rd games.
