You hear these people, the gallery, man what a sad lot. This is the kind of questions people should always ask of their representation. It's a sad state when people like Rumsfeld are walking free, along with all his buddies including GW. These clowns need to be tried and put to jail!!!

The last time the Australian Labor Party were in power they chose Union control over shipping. Never mind the forigen policy that allowed funding to be removed, and which created some of the largest small arms gun running countries in the world - won't the next mess be wonderfull.

One batch each of salmonella and E coli were shipped to the Iraqi State Company for Drug Industries on August 31,1987. Other shipments went from the US to the Iraq Atomic Energy Commission on July 11, 1988; the Department of Biology at the University of Basrah in November 1989; the Department of Microbiology at Baghdad University in June 1985; the Ministry of Health in April 1985 and Officers' City - a military complex in Baghdad, in March and April 1986.

Where do you think Sadam got his chemical weapons?

The shipments to Iraq went on even after Saddam Hussein ordered the gassing of the Kurdish town of Halabja, in which at least 5000 men, women and children died. The atrocity, which shocked the world, took place in March 1988,but a month later the components and materials of weapons of mass destruction were continuing to arrive in Baghdad from the US.

Everyone claps because it is full of party loyals. Same reason all of Bush's "town hall meetings" are universally agreeable where statistics would show that over 3/4 would be hostile towards him. In the exact same press release that revealed the 500 shells of degraded 1980's non usable sarin, the CIA said that these were not the weapons we went to war for.

If the shells were not usable he did not have the capability to use them.

He didn't have the means to make any more of them.
