@goldeneidolon Wait whut? the airman didn't have much humor in it. it's supposed to be a dark, mysterious book that stays grim until right before the end.

I love the irony in this book since , if Bonvilain had not shot the balloon, then Catherines body would not have given birth to Conor in the balloon and thus Conor would not have been born in the air. If Conor had not been born in the air he would never had had his obsession with flight which thus led to Bonvilains demise. :)

i thought it was kinda to similar to artmeis fowl you know? connor being artemis and otto being butler butler but it was a fantastic book still

Awesome book, but the ending was too abrupt. Left to be desired. Hope there is a following sequel about the further adventures of Isabella and Conor (even Sean!)
