There are two primary ways you can look better than the other.
1) Really be better than the other.
2) Make the other one Worst than you.
Pakistan has long given up on being better than India, so now its time to make India look bad :)
Having said that, this is quite disgraceful, I remember this happened few years back. Anyhow, it sucks.

Friend, Every problem that you seem to be saying to exist in India, exists in Pakistan too. Just behaving in good manners in Parliament doesn't mean that Pakistan is better than India, Pakistan has got much severe problems than that of the present India. I do not mean to raise a debate here about which country is better. We both have got problems and it is high time that we, the youth, stop wasting time in pointing fingers at the neighbors and start doing something for our nations. Khuda Hafiz!

pakka kisi chootiye pakistany suver ne kiya hoga yeh post. he should search for videos of Korean, Thai and other parliamentary videos. These jehadis are used to live under martial law. However, such behavior is condemnable and things have been improving with each year.

You Indians are used-to to live in stupid's paradise. Is video ko daikh kar bhi keh rahay ho k your parliment is far better than Korean and thai parliments. Shame of you. Open your eyes. Your top command is such an illeterate gathering of foolish and ill-mannered personnel.
Yes I am a Pakistani, though I don't like the present government of Pakistan but im proud to have atleast such peronnel in parliment who are mannered and disciplined unlike India.
