This is recent Video Footage of Mark at "Manteca Field of Dreams Tourney"
Here he strike out 3 batters 1 right handed and 2 left handed.
They would not let him switch during a bat , even thought their is no such rule.
He first struck out a batter in first game by switching back and fourth and the other team
complained. Tournament director decided he had to declare.
Mark is currently training with former MLB Marlins Pitcher "Daniel Barone" If you are interested in pitching or batting lessons I highly recommend.
Daniel is out of Hollister California. Mark has been training for 6 months since these videos were filmed...new footage will be posted soon. Here is link to Daniel Barone Website http://www.baronesbaseball.com/

  • How old is Mark? My son is 11 and just started pitching lefty about 3 months ago. He's a natural righty. It's amazing how far he's come along in the past 3 months. He has a lesson tonight and will be pitching right handed and left handed for 1/2 hour each. What kind of glove does Mark have?

  • Hi Joseph, my son is 13 and getting ready for highschool. Mark has a custom made ambidextrous Glove made by Mizuno Victory Stage..the first Victory stage has produced

  • hey..where did mark buy his ambidextrous glove

  • Hi Custom ordered from Japan

  • Thank you marten, I am challenged as a Dad to help Mark grow in this gift. We are having alot of fun as are his coaches.

  • Correction...1 Strike out Right Handed , 2 Left handed....they would not allow him to switch after each pitch, even though their is no rule. Only rule for switch pitchers is the "Pat Venditte Rule" which states the switch pitcher must declare which side he pitches from (against a switch hitter). Mark previously switched on a batter left to right and then coaches complained....so tournament official made a ruling.

  • Thanks for posting this video. Mark has tremendous potential to be a very effective ambidextrous pitcher. The more he stays with this unusual skill the better he will become at pitching from both sides. Keep up the great work. I look forward to more posts. Hammer
