Wow, I remember this night in Brooklyn. (I was actually one of the boys carrying Pepper out, down the runway). One guy didn't show up and Gerald grabbed me, told me to throw on this lil outfit and carry Pepper out. I've been friends with Father Tommie LaBeija and Jaquan LaBeija for years, but this was my first time meeting Pepper, in person. It was a magical nite.
