While many may tend to look at them as nerdy geeks, without The Shadows, there may not have been a British invasion. Guitarist Hank Marvin was hugely influential to virtually every British guitarist in the 60's and 70's. The Shadows were Gods before anyone had ever heard the word "Beatles".
