An incredible 1963 Ferrari 250 GTO during the 2011 Tour Auto.

In 1963, chassis number 4219GT finished 1st overall at the 3h Daytona Continental and 4th in-class at the 12h of Sebring.

In 1970, I had a shot at #3223, the first GTO. Price $7000. I was driving a Bizzarrini GT Strada, A0324 at that time, which cost the same amount. The GTO owner said someone had made a deposit on the car. I told him to send the deposit back, as I was prepared to pay 7K that same day. He refused and the rest is history. GTOs and GT Stradas all the work of Giotto Bizzarrini. A Bizz today is ~450-500K, a GTO...24-26million. Oh well..............
