Powerlifting was very impressive, but too bad the Special Olympics and IPF rules were not well enforced.
For example, one lifter should have got a no-lift for using wristwraps, which is against Special Olympics and IPF rules, and all lifters shown didn't adhere to the proper Deadlift rules.
If I didn't have a full Deadlift lockout or used straps during a Powerlifting meet in Atlantic Canada, I would definitely get a "no lift", Special Olympian or not.
Impressive lifts, though.
