Thanks for making this demo playing these fuzz's I enjoyed it. The 69 sounds great. I should have never sold mine like 5-6 years ago because it sounded killer live . Right now I am using a red dot nkt sunface. I still want to find a nice sounding 69 though.
can anyone tell me what the best fuzz for getting a sound similar to this would be? watch?v=yHjsgPmD6dE I know he's using a germanium fuzz face, but I think there are many clones better than dunlop's red reissues
Man, I had a Monterey a while back and sold it- big mistake! I have an MJM London w/ bias now which is awesome, but very different sounding. I'd love to try a '69...
if you know how to solder, these are the easiest pedals to make. Can experiment with transistors, etc. and get EXACTLY the sound you want. I built a Fulltone 69 from a General Guitar Gadgets kit and love it.
