@chi854 Uhhhhh, that's a wok. It refers to the shape of the pan, not the material, but this wok is CARBON steel that becomes shiny, and has a patina created due to the temperatures it undergoes. END of story.

If you noticed, he isnt using a WOK hes using a anti stick coating sat'e pan but

You are absolutely incorrect. The shine on this wok in not for a non-stick wok. The seasoning of this wok is done so nicely that it reflects a dark blue-green color. You will see that the color is not completely even around the wok.
