max,you're body looks perfect,i think you're the best fitness model in the world!i'd like to ask one question to you.my goal is to arrive to the next summer with 4 pounds of muscle more than now, and to let my bf at 9 percent,do you think it's better to gain much mass and then lose the fat or to stay at my bodyfat level and to try slowly to gain the 4 pounds?

@TheLillaccio STAY LEAN your entire physique journey. Do not bulk up then cut. Slowy gain quality mass, while remaining lean.

@slash1syn1 combined with plenty of rest (to grow), a slight daily calorie surplus, and adequate protein, YES!...according to your genetics of course!

Hey Max, do you think its better to do a whole body workout or the one body part per day routine, especially for those who are are trying to gain a bit of more muscle mass? thank you

@slash1syn1 I would do fundamental barbell exercises & other traditional exercises (using technically correct form), such as front-squats, cleans, clean&press, benchpress, pull-ups, deadlifts, stiff-legged deadlifts - 2X per week. fill in the other days with arm dumbbell work, cardio, sports, abs, & resting as needed.
