I learned why you have to make the exercises bend cause you can get some pain in the joints in years and I learn to squeeze on every exercise and doing them slow and taking shorter breaks.

@ganyuehan Actually I found out that my shoulder muscles were burnt, kind of like a pre torn muscle you could say because of martial arts I used to do. but it's all good now.

Thanks, I learned a lot from this vid.
But the only thing I dont really get is training the rear delts.
Arent you training your back a bit with this exercise?
