  • I learned why you have to make the exercises bend cause you can get some pain in the joints in years and I learn to squeeze on every exercise and doing them slow and taking shorter breaks.

  • @ganyuehan Actually I found out that my shoulder muscles were burnt, kind of like a pre torn muscle you could say because of martial arts I used to do. but it's all good now.

  • @TheSandeteranians Could you be swinging them up rather than really lifting them?
