This is from a live performance in Halifax (2003) called "The Party" held at Tour Tech East. It was a benefit to raise money for AIDS.

Doug Bennet was a great talent, I miss him and their slightly quirky music.

I always loved this song, it resonated with me. I guess you lose track, I didn't know Doug had passed away so long ago. Thanks boys, that you are Canadian makes it mean more!

I am viewing this video clip on the 5th anniversary of the passing of Doug Bennett. I have been a Doug and the Slugs fan since almost the beginning of the original band, there is not a day that does not go by that I don't miss Doug. I was one of the lucky people that got to know him and do a big paper on the second line up of the band and I am thankful for that opportunity...I miss you Doug.

Thanks for adding these more recent videos of Doug and the Slugs. A fan since the 80's and still love "Making it Work" and many others.
