Video of me running through an assortment of emulators for the nintendo ds. Sorry for my poor play but playing with one hand is difficult and playing with one hand while trying to hold a camera steady is harder still.

What you'll need:

1. A Nintendo DS

2. A flash loader. The one shown in the video is a M3DS simply (an R4 derivative) you can buy it from the following locations;

(I purchased mine from consolesource.com)

3. a DlDi patcher for some of the emulators;

4. The appropriate emulator with appropriate roms. The emulators are listed below with links for download. The roms will require a google search.

Emulators:

  • What's up everyone? I am having a problem with the sega genesis emulator for the ds. Every time I try to play the game sonic3 and knuckles the game does not work. But every other game works great can someone help me or at least explain why it's not working.

  • @maddeo11 Not all roms will work with the emulator and that is one of them. You can still play that game on your DS however with the Sonci Classic Collection. Sega hired the creator of the NDS genesis emulator to help develop the game. You can of course dl the rom or support sega buy buying it for ~$15.

  • What's up everyone? I am having some trouble with the sega genesis emulator for the ds. Every time i try to play the game sonic 3 and knuckles it doesn't play and the same thing happens when I try to play sonic2 and knuckles. But all the other games i have on it work fine.

  • does the genesis emulator cover sega cd games???

  • @efaustus9 can you put nintendo games in game gear?!?!

  • vlw muito pow

  • I only wish SNEmulDS worked a little better. The compatibility isn't so great and a lot of the games produce a lot of background noise and static, particularly A Link To The Past.

  • @gojebroz1 Yep, the PSP is generally better for emulation, simply due to being more powerful, and for having more attention given to the subject by players. Most DS emulators stopped updating like 4+ years ago.

  • but psp can emulates all this games, and more: n64 games,playstation1 games neo geo games, cps2 games,scuum games...

  • prefiro ficar com as roms do proprio ds!!
