what a retarded thing to do for tht soldier at the start. first he shoots a round into the enemy which will alert everyone else to hes position and if tht was in real life he would be dead by the time he will see the group of germans.

This all happened. This entire series is based off the book Band of Brothers which is based off of letters and the stories of the people who were still alive when the book was written. Anyone who thinks this is partly fiction is lying.
