I feel sorry for the mum and DEFINITELY the baby boy I cried watching this I knew It was sad but this was upsetting and scary no one should have to put up with this !!!!!!! ..... ;.( xxx

@pennelia16 Unfortunately, no. You can go by choice. Or you can be ordered to go by the court once abuse or neglect has already started happening. But there are no requirements for having a baby....
