wow. I will never buy Simply Asia. Canola oil is about the worst oil out there for you! (adrianhe said it all) sesame oil would be a better pair.
Really makes me wonder about the quality of thire product

good video, but i just wanted to be clear that Conala oil is definitely not heart healthy as you said. Conola comes from the rapeseed plant from Canada and it is genetically engineered. It is actually not good for you at all. The best oil to use for cooking is Coconut oil; if not that then use olive oil.
Anyways, just thought id give healthy tip...
Just to put things in perspective, Canada paid the FDA $50 million to have rapeseed registered and recognized as "safe".
